How does the pre-order work?

Reserve your place with no payment today. We’ll contact you to confirm the brief, prepare your artwork and agree the details before anything goes into production.

Can I change the destination later?

Yes. NFC and QR use the same TapForm link, so you can update the final destination without replacing or reprinting the stand.

Will customers need an app?

No. Most modern smartphones can open the NFC link directly, and the matching QR code gives every customer a familiar alternative.

When do I pay?

There is no payment when you reserve. We’ll confirm your brief, artwork and order details with you before anything goes into production.

Can you match our existing brand?

Yes. Share your website or upload your logo, colours and type preferences. You’ll receive a digital artwork proof to approve before production.

Can I order more than one stand?

Yes. You can reserve up to 20 stands through the form. Tell us where they will be used and we’ll confirm the order details with you directly.

Are all the designs shown customer work?
